Questions
Is this legal advice?
No. Quadratic produces a written response document using an automated system. It is not legal advice and is not produced by a lawyer. Consider seeking independent legal advice, particularly if your matter may proceed to the Fair Work Commission.
Will my employer know I used this?
Not from us. Quadratic never notifies your employer or shares anything about your use of this service. The one thing we can’t control: if your employer owns the computer or runs the network you’re using, they may be able to see your activity — that’s true of any website. The Trust page explains how to browse as privately as possible.
How long does it take?
Processing typically takes a few minutes after you submit your document.
What documents can I respond to?
Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), show-cause letters, and allegation letters.
What does the AI actually do?
It reads your employer’s letter, identifies each specific concern or allegation, and drafts a response that answers every point. The draft is then verified against the Fair Work Act, read the way a hostile employer would read it, and independently reviewed before it is released to you. If a single test can’t be completed, the document is held back. See How it works for the full explanation.
How is my data protected?
Your documents are processed securely and are not shared with your employer or sold to third parties. They are kept for up to 90 days during the private pilot, then permanently deleted. See the Trust page for full details, including which AI providers process your text.
Can I edit the document after downloading?
Yes — the .docx is yours to edit. Keep in mind that anything you change after download has not been through Quadratic’s review process, so significant edits may weaken sections that were deliberately worded.
Do I need a lawyer?
Quadratic is not a substitute for a lawyer. If your matter is complex or may proceed to arbitration or the Fair Work Commission, independent legal advice may be important. Quadratic helps you produce a stronger written response; it cannot advise on strategy or represent you.
How much does it cost?
Free during the current private pilot. The planned launch price, once paid public access opens, is $199 AUD per response document — a flat price that applies equally to PIP, show-cause, and allegation responses. There is no subscription.
